In pursuance of this objective, Kitsons Environmental Europe Limited operates an Integrated Business System (IBS) that is accredited to EN ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Systems, EN ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management Sysems and BS OHSAS 18001:2007 Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems; the whole system is externally audited twice a year.

These initiatives have resulted in Kitsons achieving an excellent safety record enabling the Company to qualify for safety awards and testimonials from a number of organisations and associations within the UK, e.g. British Safety Council, Syngenta, Chevron, British Nucleur Group, Asbestos Removal Contractors Association.

In recognition of the important part of the Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety issues play in todays market place, the Company has in place an effective and proactive Assurance department that supports the contracting teams, providing advice, training, performance monitoring and auditing as well as ensuring the IBS continues to meet the exacting standards through its own independent internal auditing programme.
