Description: Term services contract for Asbestos services in maintaining North Lanarkshire Council’s portfolio of housing, public buildings, school and leisure facilities.
The works involve asbestos removal in properties, alterations and remediation to asbestos containing materials, replacement with non –hazardous materials, surveying, sampling for asbestos and provision of documentation, the majority of which are short duration.
The contract provides the opportunity for capital funded projects and Kitsons has undertaken major asbestos removal / re-fitting works to high rise tower blocks for North Lanarkshire Council.
