Kitsons has an active community programme, working together with our customers and business partners to bring community projects to life through the practical support of our environmental and industrial support services. Projects with a practical benefit, such as painting new play facilities and creating a nature pond at Southesk Primary School in Scotland, in conjunction with GSK and Sodexo.

Now, with our chosen charity partner, the British Lung Foundation (BLF), we are working together To Protect Life through asbestos awareness.

The BLF is working on behalf of 8 million people in the UK who are suffering from lung disease.

We support the BLF:

• Raising asbestos awareness
• Providing a direct financial contribution to fund the BLF's campaigning and support activities to those suffering from lung disease
• Matching the contributions our employees make to the BLF through their fundraising activities
• Working to ensure that environments are safe
• Educating people about asbestos and its dangers
• Setting standards for good practice in the asbestos removal industry
